This dual mission stems from owner Colleen Wright. During Response Interactive’s inception, Wright was also teaching search engine marketing (SEM) to hundreds of professionals and business owners through Search Engine Academy Northwest. Her firm now focuses solely on helping small and medium-size business flourish online, and education is a big part of that work.

“I educate the clients so they better understand the basics of what’s going on without overwhelming them”, Wright says. “When I prepare reports for clients what they get is not the overall data; that’s overwhelming. I break it down so they understand.”
